Festival Tent Rentals, Glamping & Event Infrastructure

Build More Than a Festival. Build a World Around It.

A great festival starts before guests reach the stage.

It's the arrival.

The spaces they discover.

Where they gather between performances.

Where they eat, sleep, recharge and stay long after the last set ends.

Wild Productions provides festival tent rentals, glamping accommodations, canvas event structures and temporary event infrastructure for festivals and large-scale experiences across the United States.

From a handful of experiential tents to an entire temporary glamping village, we help producers transform open land into immersive destinations.

Festival Glamping

Give guests a reason to stay.

Wild Productions can build temporary glamping accommodations directly on or adjacent to your festival grounds, creating a premium lodging experience and an additional revenue opportunity for your event.

Our canvas glamping villages can include:

  • Furnished guest tents
  • Beds and linens
  • Bathrooms and showers
  • Lounge spaces
  • Fire pits
  • Lighting
  • Pathways and decking
  • Guest check-in areas
  • Communal gathering spaces

Whether you're creating VIP accommodations, artist lodging, sponsor hospitality or a ticketed festival glamping package, our team can help develop the physical experience.

Canvas Tents for Festivals & Live Events

Our tents aren't limited to overnight accommodations.

Wild Productions' canvas structures can be used throughout a festival footprint for:

  • VIP lounges
  • Sponsor activations
  • Artist hospitality
  • Bars
  • Dining areas
  • Merchandise
  • Check-in
  • Wellness spaces
  • Workshops
  • Backstage areas
  • Green rooms
  • Private dinners
  • Brand experiences
  • Guest lounges

Our inventory ranges from individual canvas tents to large interconnected structures capable of creating dramatic gathering spaces.

Create a Festival That Feels Established From Day One

New festivals face a particular challenge: creating atmosphere before years of infrastructure and tradition exist.

Temporary architecture can change that immediately.

Canvas tents, lounges, fire pits, pathways and furnished gathering areas help turn an open festival site into somewhere that feels intentional, layered and lived-in.

For established festivals, those same elements can create new premium experiences, VIP areas and hospitality programs without permanent construction.

Festival Glamping as a Revenue Stream

Glamping can be more than an amenity.

It can become a premium festival product.

By adding furnished accommodations directly to the event footprint, producers can create higher-value ticket packages while giving guests an experience they can't replicate at a nearby hotel.

Wild Productions can work with festival teams to determine tent counts, layouts, infrastructure requirements and guest capacity based on the site and event.

Built for Remote & Unconventional Locations

Festivals don't always happen somewhere convenient.

Neither do we.

Wild Productions specializes in temporary installations on ranches, fields, remote properties and unconventional event sites where infrastructure needs to arrive with the event.

Our team handles transportation, installation and removal, allowing your temporary venue to appear for the event and disappear when it's over.

Festival Tent Rentals Nationwide

Based in Bozeman, Montana, Wild Productions travels throughout the United States for festivals, concerts, brand activations and large-scale outdoor events.

Our team has supported emerging festivals, national brands and established live events with canvas structures, glamping accommodations and experiential event infrastructure.

For destination projects during peak season, we generally target projects beginning around $7,500, with smaller rentals available locally and during shoulder seasons.

Let's Build Something People Talk About

A field is just a field until the gates open.

Let's turn yours into somewhere guests remember.

You have the property. We build the destination.
