How do I confirm my order?

After we’ve refined your tent requirements and settled on a quote, our team will ask for your signature on our contract along with a 50% deposit to secure your order. We suggest beginning with the minimum number of tents you’ll require, as the order cannot be reduced once the contract is signed; however, we can accommodate an increase to your order based on availability.

What regions do you service?

Our event rentals are available throughout the US.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, in our peak season (May-October) our rental minimum is $7,500.00
In our shoulder season our rental minimum is $5,000.00

Can my guests book their tents individually?

Yes, we offer tailored booking site development service for a 10% web management fee.

Does your team set up the tents?

Absolutely! All of our quotes encompass delivery and installation charges.

Additionally, you can enhance your event by incorporating our hospitality service, which enriches the guest experience at camp, mirroring the comfort of a hotel.

Can I rent the tents for longer than 4 days?

Our standard rental period is 3 nights, providing 4 days of use. Additional nightly charges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis as required.
