How much do party tent and glamping rentals cost? Full-service event projects — delivery, setup, and breakdown included — typically start around $7,500. Glamping accommodations are priced nightly: Lodge Tents start at $250/night and Safari Suites start at $500/night. Because every event depends on guest count, tent selection, site conditions, and location, request a quote for pricing specific to your event.
What party tent sizes and capacities do you offer? We offer four tent styles built for different event sizes: the Old Faithful (24', seats 18–25 guests), the Lone Peak (34', seats 50–65 guests), the Big Sky (50'×65', seats up to 200 for dining or 400 for a cocktail-style event), and the Grand Prismatic. Multiple tents can be connected — up to seven Lone Peaks for events up to 500 guests, or three Big Sky tents for larger gatherings — so we can scale to fit your guest list.
What's included in a glamping rental? Every glamping rental is fully furnished and full-service: we deliver, build, furnish, and break down the camp. Guests are provided shower shoes, toiletries, robes, bug spray, sunscreen, and towels. Safari Suites (sleeps 4, lounges up to 12) sit on a wooden platform deck with a choice of king or twin bed configurations; Lodge Tents (sleeps 3, lounges up to 10) are a more budget-friendly option on vinyl flooring, ideal for shorter stays or larger guest counts.
Where does Wild Productions work — do you travel to my location? We're based in Bozeman, Montana, and build temporary venues and glamping camps nationwide — from private ranches in Montana and Wyoming to California wine country, Texas hill country, and East Coast estates. Can you build a venue on raw land or private property with no existing infrastructure? Yes — that's most of what we do. Building on undeveloped or private land takes more than dropping off a tent; it requires planning around site access, utilities, weather, guest flow, and accommodations. We handle that full scope so you can host an event anywhere, not just at a traditional venue.
How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking 6–12 months ahead for peak wedding season (June–September), and as early as possible for holiday weekends.
What happens if the weather turns bad? Our tents are built to close up in bad weather — the Lone Peak and Old Faithful tents have zipper access and can fully close, and the Big Sky performs best in wind conditions under 60 mph. We plan every site with weather contingencies in mind as part of the full-service build.
Do you rent furniture and camp accessories separately from tents? Yes — we offer camp furniture rentals in addition to full tent and glamping packages, so you can furnish an existing structure or round out a full build. See Camp Furniture Rentals for details.
Do you work with outside wedding and event planners? Yes. We regularly partner with outdoor wedding and event planners and can collaborate directly with your planning team on-site logistics, design, and setup.
